Small items are sent out in small padded bags Usually items under £20.00 are either 1st class signed for or 2nd class signed for via Royal Mail or Evri (3-4 days service)
Small Parcels are sent out via DHL Parcel UK (Domestic 24) as long as we receive your order by 1.00 PM
Larger Parcels are also sent out via DHL Parcel UK (Domestic 24) as long as we receive your order by 1.00 PM
Boilers are sent out via HMT (Palletline) Pallet Delivery service 24 hours.
Please expect a 2-3-day delivery service from the date of payment.
All orders are shipped with relevant track and trace services applicable

Returns
Refund & Exchanges

Please note we can only replace an item if we have received your item back

Please ensure that parts have not been fitted and that we receive everything that was sent. Please tell us why you are returning your item. All returns will be inspected and you will be contacted through email. If you ordered the wrong part or anything else, we will deduct the postage from the refundable amount
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Some shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
